The firm
Evolv Ventures was founded in 2024 as a startup advisory and financial consulting firm. We started where most founders needed help: equity fundraising, financial models, investor readiness.
Over the following years, the work evolved. We kept seeing the same problem from a different angle: businesses that had grown past the startup stage but were still underleveraged on the debt side. INR 50Cr revenue companies running on a single working capital facility from the same bank they opened with a decade ago. Exporters funding cross-border trade through generic working capital when structured trade instruments (buyer's credit, LC, TReDS) would cost significantly less.
So the practice expanded. Today, Evolv helps growing businesses find and remove whatever's actually capping their growth: structuring credit for Indian MSMEs, and disciplining cashflow and building the financial planning function that many growing businesses, in India and internationally, never got around to building properly. We are based in Delhi. Our structured debt and credit advisory work is focused on Indian MSMEs. Our financial planning and cashflow advisory clients span India and, increasingly, abroad.
Jatan Vyas, Founder
Jatan Vyas is a financial consultant and investment banker with a focus on structured debt, MSME credit advisory, and startup fundraising. He founded Evolv Ventures to bring institutional-grade financial advisory to businesses that typically don't have access to it.
His past experience spans Corporate Finance, fundraising and M&A. Jatan is an MBA from IIM Bangalore, an MiM from ESCP Business School, Paris and an Electronics and Communications engineer from SVNIT, Surat.
His work at Evolv spans credit structure analysis, lender negotiations, investor introductions, and term sheet advisory. He closed Minipix's pre-seed fundraise in early 2026.
